Recommended dosage: 1 Believe capsule per day, preferably before or during the evening meal. Take the capsule with a sip of water or other sugar-free drink. If you experience problems with taking the Believe capsules, look for practical tips to make it easier to take the Believe capsules under the heading ‘Store and take’ in the ‘advice’ menu of the Elan website. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Only to be used on the advice of your practitioner. For medication use you should read the package leaflets carefully. In case of overdose, consult your doctor.

If you unexpectedly forget to take your Believe capsule for a day, this is not a bad thing, as long as it does not happen too often. You can then simply continue taking your Believe capsules as usual and do not have to make up for the forgotten daily dose or take extra.

IMPORTANT: If you also use a calcium product of Elan, please do not take this calcium product at a the same time as your Believe capsule. Take at least 2 hours in between taking the calcium product and the Believe capsule. In this way your body has the time to absorb the iron in the Believe capsule, otherwise calcium can inhibit the absorption of iron by your body.
