Ingredients: Minerals, vitamins, vegetable capsule (hydropropylmethylcellulose), stabilizer (magnesium salts of fatty acids), choline bitartrate, filler (microcrystalline cellulose), coloring agent (titanium dioxide, yellow iron oxide). The product contains no added lactose, gluten, flavorings or fragrances. This product is halal certified. 

Storage advice: Store below 25 ° C and on a dry place. Keep out of the reach and sight of young children. This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.

Recommended dosage: 1 Supreme capsule per day, preferably before or during the evening meal. Take the capsule with a sip of water or other sugar-free drink. If you experience problems with taking the Supreme capsules, look for practical tips to make it easier to take the Supreme capsules under the ‘Store and take’ heading in the ‘advice’ menu of the Elan website. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Only to be used on the advice of your practitioner. For medication use you should read the package leaflets carefully. In case of overdose, consult your doctor.

If you unexpectedly forget to take your Supreme capsule for a day, this is not a bad thing, as long as it does not happen too often. You can then simply continue taking your Supreme capsules as usual and do not have to make up for the forgotten daily dose or take extra.

IMPORTANT: If you also use a calcium product of Elan, please do not take this calcium product at a the same time as your Supreme capsule. Take at least 2 hours in between taking the calcium product and the Supreme capsule. In this way your body has the time to absorb the iron in the Supreme capsule, otherwise calcium can inhibit the absorption of iron by your body.
