There should be at least 2 hours between taking the Calcium Soft Chew, Calcium Vital tablets, or the Calcium Chew chewable tablets and your Compass tablet, to give your body enough time to properly absorb the iron.

Storage Advice

Store below 25°C in a dry and dark place. Keep out of reach and sight of young children. This food supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years old.

Recommended Dosage

Take 1 Compass tablet per day, preferably before or during your evening meal. Use only as advised by your healthcare provider. If you are taking medication, make sure to read the package leaflets carefully. In case of overdose, consult your doctor.

If you accidentally forget to take your Compass tablet one day, it is not a big issue as long as it doesn’t happen too often. Simply continue taking your Compass tablets as usual the next day, without needing to make up for the missed dose or take an extra tablet.
